Game Sound Issues

I have had problems with the game, while I bought it and started playing it until I decided to play it for another occasion, but when I wanted to continue with the game. Unfortunately the sound of the game has been removed out of nowhere, there is no music or sounds, if someone has a solution for this, please tell me in the comments.

May we please know what audio device(s) this occurs with (headsets / speakers)?

Do you have it set as your default device in Windows?

And do you have any other programs running in the background when playing?

Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps too[ubi.li]?
