Bowa Seko Underground - Can't interact with doctor

I have attention mark for mission in Bowa Seko Underground (to get pills, which I ran out of) but whenever I approach doctor, I can't interact with him (no "hand sign").

Am I doing something wrong?

Well, I ended up being taken down by illness and buddy brought me to doctor. But this time I could interact with him and got mission to get pills.

Was heart braking seeing my character watching empty pill box while falling down to illness

I need the pills but the doctor is not even there in town. In Bowa Seko that is.

If the doctor is not where he is supposed to be, you can try a couple different things. You can go to any other Underground location that you've unlocked to get help obtaining pills. You can also try changing the conditions of the game by exiting the building and taking a shot at any of the mercs. Once you've safely escaped the cease-fire zone, you can reenter the doctors office and he should be present.

It frequently happens that one merc you needed to kill is hiding. The mission won't continue until you find him and get it done. Same with liberating save houses.

When a merc is missing from a safe house you want to liberate, quick-save your game then back out and load the new save. When the game resumes, the missing merc will be present and you can take him out then.
