Cant enter Safe House

Not that it matters, because Safe Houses are pretty much useless, but there is a particular Safe House in the 2nd world in the bottom left of the 9 squares in the very center of the square to the top right of Weelegol Village that cant be opened, theres no interact hand symbol for opening it. The Safe House is unlocked because i just killed all the enemies there and it said that it unlocked and there isnt a padlock symbol on it on the map meaning that its unlocked. I went to check another Safe House just to make sure that not all the Safe Houses bugged out and fortunately they arent as i can enter others. I went back to this one and i still cant open it.
Is this a random bug that i have just come across or is it a bug which is a part of the game which everyone has?

Never saw it in countless hours of play. - If you got the 'cleared' message you've taken
out all the ai protecting it.

When you checked another safe house was far enough away in different sector, that
would force the game to reload that area when you returned ?

Did you try reloading a save and clearing it again?

I was thinking that you would probly respond to this as i always see you on the Far Cry 2 forums :D
Yeah i reloaded save and tried using bus stop to teleport to another area and back again and it still didnt fix it. Looks like the Safe House is permanantly bugged for the rest of this playthrough, oh well, its only 1 Safe House so i can deal with it. So you've entered this Safe House before then; so therefore it must just be a random bug that ive come across then and not a bug which is a part of the game

Congrats you have now become a FC2 pioneer, discovering a brand new bug!

I've never had this happen in over 100+ playthroughs, but that's just how this game is, gets weird at times but (usually) doesn't break anything that makes it unbeatable.

Completely new one. You'd think that nothing could interrupt those automatic
triggers - last guy dead = safe message = open door icon. wtf could get in the
way and nullify the third command ?

This is when I start thinking about things like core temps or possible power drops..

If you haven't already, would you be able to try verifying your game files? Verifying your game files will help to detect missing or corrupted game files, and can help to resolve issues with missing in-game prompts.

Would you also be able to let us know if you're playing Far Cry 2 with any additional third-party software installed? If you are using third-party software, this could be conflicting with the game files and causing issues in-game. It would be helpful to know if you are using these as we take a closer look at this.

Actually I have a similar problem, because of this problem, I can't continue the game, I'm stuck in the bar opposite the first weapon house, I can't get the tape from my buddy, if I can't get the tape, then when as I walked towards the door of the bar, there wasn't a hand-shape symbol on the door! I really like this game, I actually spent many hours playing it many years ago, I didn't encounter a similar bug before, but now I have this bug when I repurchased the game on steam ,this makes me unable to continue the game! This is a sad story for me!

There are two buddies talk to both of them in the bar and the guy at the table who gives a tape to be delivered. before the door will open.

Your game is capped to 60fps right? Because this game becomes very buggy if its at above 60fps. Im assuming you have already done this; but you have talked to the people inside the bar right? Because you have to talk to them before you can open the door

Have you been able to enter this safehouse after trying the steps suggested above, telwise, or are you still having trouble?
