what i meant is all the buddy missions done, all jackal tapes, all diamonds, all upgrades.. i had a save like that for far cry 2 on xbox 360 and i couldnt transfer it to pc :( if u have a save file like this please let me know

Actually, you can. It's tough and it takes a while, but it can be done.

Don't enter the last shack at the top of the hill - That will end the game.

Instead go to the bottom of the hill. Just uphill from the busted chain link fence
with the barrels standing against it - there is a tree on the right side of the trail.
Behind that tree there is a low spot on the rocks and you can jump up there and
make your way around the large boulder. On the other side there is a larger pointed
boulder that you have to get over. Jump as high as you can towards the high point
and keep pressing forward while slightly edging right and left and you'll make it to
the top.

From there on it's pretty easy. Staying on the rocks make your way to the top.
You can't make it over that fence on the left, there's an invisible barrier there.
Go to the other side of that huge boulder and at the cliff edge - looking up hill
you'll see a narrow flat patch of grass just beyond where that huge boulder
protrudes over the edge; That's your landing spot. (SAVE GAME)

Get close to the edge, back up a pace and leap for your target. - It's not hard.
Once there you have just one more obstacle; an invisible barrier that goes
right to the cliff edge. (SAVE GAME) - You should be able to get around it
without too much difficulty.

Now you're in the End-Game cut-scene area. -> SAVE!

From this area you can make it back to the southern map.

Go out passed the last fence - looks like a road, it's supposed to be the
airfield runway - which soon disappears. - There are invisible HOLES
here - Save often.

Keeping to the east and making your way north you will eventually find yourself
north of the falls on your map - keep going until your position parallels the sharp
bend in the river then make your way west and you'll find an easy way back down
into the southern map.

You have to save every 50 yards or so - there are holes and hot spots that can kill
your progress.

No, I'M the bigger noob.. I played for 10 years before I discovered this and I wouldn't have
if somone hadn't asked if there was some way to get beyond that fence to see what was up the
hill. - I was intrigued, because I always wanted to know myself and just never bothered trying.

end game area. - It's a long hike.
