far cry 2 buddies helpppp

I already completed the game , so dont worried bout spoilers.

Im in pala or leboa sako, and I have questions about the buddies because I want to do all secondary stuff first ant then the campaign.

I have 5 buddies, for what I have read I need to have 6 buddies, right? where is the other one?

Oh nice, i found her in the crash site u mencionated but she doesnt appears in the bar, do i have to kill one of my guys now?

I'm not positive about some of the game mechanics - so I suggest the following:

There are only 4 buddies in the bar at one time. Do all of the buddy favor missions
first. Then if a new buddy doesn't appear at the bar. Kill off your main buddy after
you've completed the mission and (saved him to get the reputation increase and safe
house upgrade).
