Does multiplayer still work in 2021?

I`ve checked out the multiplayer support website, but when i watched a video on how to use the MPPatcher it said "Keep in mind that some mods are not compatible with the tool or with the multiplayer" I`m currently using the "real africa mod" do i have to uninstall that mod before i can play multiplayer?

I installed that fc2mp update today but there i saw 2-3 players online, most players play 2 minutes and quit, playing a little 1 on 1. I tried the radmin VPN but found no servers running. I'm still just trying to learn where is the best place to find people.

The problem with the online is that most players are gone since last november because there is an issue with the online services and you cant log in without the new version of the multiplayer patch in the steam and uplay versions. Ubi promised to sort it out but... well need to wait for that unfortunately. Just before this started the online was looking great with more and more players coming back to the game since the reboot in August, 2019. You can still find more dedicated players in late afternoons and evenings europe time. for more populated matches, well need to wait for ubi to fix the issue.

There is something wrong on your end if you cant see servers on radmin. Make sure you install the mppatcher with radmin vpn selected in the drop down menu.

You need to test which mods are OK and which aren't. If you installed the patch and the game crashes, you still cant join servers or you get stuck on the loading screen when loading into matches, that means you need to remove the mod.

It's incredible there is multiplayer in FC2.

Im gonna take a look on that multiplayer patch here in the weekend, when I have some more time for it.

yes i fixed the vpn RADMIN , exept there was nobody home , like 10 servers empty, i appreciate the help tho.

It's hard to imagine you still have the login problem if you did install the latest version of the mppatch. Can you try this workaround to fix it?

If it still won't work, something's blocking you on your end. (Firewall/router/ISP, or maybe you or someone else is affecting your connection badly, like with torrents or similar?)

As I said Radmin is unfortunately unpredictable :( It's not abandoned but there is no consistent time/day for finding matches. The best is when it's evening sometimes when night in Europe.

if youre using any mods that include a modified dunia.dll that might be the reason why you cant login too
