Malaria pills
Yo, people. I've just started the game - it's been a while since I last played this on my good old PS3 - I remember there were missions that you could do to get more malaria pills in case you ran out of them.
Each time you get medicine, you have 5/4 pills until you run out of them again.
My question is, can you stack them? Like, doing all the Underground missions one after the other to get all the possible pills, having far more than just 5 pills at a time, or does just one of them become available only after each time you've run out of pills?

Underground missions only become available when you are about to run out of pills, so you can't stack them. On the other hand, you can complete all 40 side jobs one after the other. You'll still suffer malaria attacks, but never run out of pills. Running out of pills only becomes a problem once you begin accepting main missions; and at that, you'll only have to complete (I believe) two Underground missions.

Thanks for the info! Guess I'll just do all the side jobs and get all the diamonds before doing the main story.
