Far Cry2 multiplayer

Hello, are not there more people playing this game online? does multiplayer support work yet?

I searched for lobbies the other day, none appeared.
Checked other discussions, it seems that official support is dead so no way to play directly through the game, you need to use services like tungle to play online.

Unfortunately tunngle died :( The map server is active, I was able to download a few so I do not think the problem is the master server but there is nobody to play the game anymore. try if we can connect, I'm in a group where we play far cry 2 for the VPN Radmin but sometimes the amount of lag and exressive and it makes us want to continue playing.

It's a shame really, one of the best FPS MP games. :(

Me and my friend have been working on a fix for multiplayer on PC, that fixes issues regarding multiplayer on LAN or via VPN services.
It fixes Far Cry 2 multiplayer issues for newer versions of Windows, like the "9999" ping issue.

Coming soon. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I second this. Far Cry 2 is probably one of my favorite games ever. I only got to play multiplayer for 3 weeks. My baby brother knocked over my xbox360 and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the disk, forever becoming one of my 13 reasons.
