NPC's jumping and hpping around?
its one of the most hilarious bugs ive ever seen! hahah
characters are shaking their heads constantly and look as if theyre having a seizure or suffer from alzheimers, and while they walk around they jump, sometimes only a meter above the ground every 2 steps, sometimes 6 meters up into the sky and then drop right down.

AMD 290X... is it an AMD driver thing or is there a way to patch the game?
Im playing in DX9 mode since DX10 HDR looks bad...
the bug happens in both DX9 and DX10, all the same...

at one point there were 3 soldiers walking behind each other in a row, and they all jumped up 1-2 meters every second step, first one, then the next, then the third... i couldnt believe my eyes hahah

its fun but... distracting... is anybody else having this?

Running the game at least 60 FPS is the problem. You have to limit frame rate to 60 to solve the weird issue.

I thought the soldiers were doing some sort of African dance LOL. But I changed my settings to max, DX 9 and enabled VSync and everything seems fine.

hahaha
vsync probably did the job since it limits the FPS
not a big fan of vsync but i guess ill use it for now... until i figure out how to limit the fps in-game

i have the same problem. i kinda don't wanna to switch on the v-sync, because the game gets less smooth :steamsad:

Right click on FC2 in your Steam installed screen, select properties, then under the general tab select launch options and enter " -RenderProfile_MaxFps 60 " without the quotation marks.
This solution worked for me. Currently replaying this fav shooter of mine when I just want some fill in entertainment for a little while. Gtx 980 with an I7 6700k.
