I NEED HELP PLS :(!!

So after i wake up in the motel and fight with the guys outside and then i die and i wake up again why is my screen very blurry that i barley make out anything?
Everytime i restart the game and reach that part is still bullry and i even reinstalled the game but still very blurry and i cant interact with anything !
Pls help me!
and btw my menu is not blurry
And i cant get out from the room i wake up after dieing at the motel !

I pressed everything but nothing seem to work!
And nothing shows up on my screen

It's Q in FC3. in FC2 it's H, which is ew.

H is the key, providing you have the pills to use.

Leave the hotel either by window or front door, go, run, to any town exit and you collapse. ( at this point you wil lexamine empty pill case then faint). If you go through front door run straight across street, down side street turen left and go through hole, then go left or right. No need to fight - yet! The rest follows on. It is blurry because you have malaria. THATS in the game. Dont worry you will survive long enough to reach the first pill collection. You cant use H here as you have not got any pills. There are healing syrettes through the game but thats nothing to do with the malaria. Any help in FC2 please feel free to ask me!! I know every bush by their names!! Mainly George! I should point out that I am running FC2 Fortunes Edition. The game is the same but I can use different weapons and vehicles.

One thing I recently discovered - when driving or in a boat, press both left and right buttons on your mouse and you can see directly behind you without turning around. In the swamp boat for instance you cant see behind you unless you use both buttons.

Thre game will also blur out of you go off map. When you first start, look at the map, all bar a small part are faded out. You need to complete 'training' to open the map fully. In fact if you are in a vehicle and the map blurs, you could faint and wake up a little distance away and no vehicle.

So after i got out from the hotel I passed out and woke up in a room but i can Bearley make out what is happening because my screen is blurry, but the only thing that i understand is that is a guy in the front of a door and something like a box thats is glowing blue on some shelfs, but i Pressed every single button one by one but nothing is happening and btw i cant interact with anything

the blue box is a save box, 'E' is the DO key. Listen to the lieutenant, he wants you to do a job for him. In return you will get the syrettes to bring you up to full health, they are in the medic box. You need to be facing the target, in this case a blue box, and you manoevre yourserlf till a hand comes on the screen a 'do/pick up' symbol. Then press E and you will inject yourself with the elixir of life!!! you cant do anything until you get the hand on the screen. Choose a weapon m/gun is best, for now.
