how to disable malaria?

can someone give me instructions on how to mod out the malaria?
i just want to disable that.
nothing else.

i dont want any extra stuff.

i found a post on how to do it...but i cannot understand it. the wording is too complicated.

The easiest way to disable malaria is through this mod found on FC2's PC Gaming Wiki page:

Install it by simply replacing the patch.dat / .fat files in the Win32 folder found in the game's directory
The only issue is that it removes the stamina limit as well, so I hope this helps.
