Well, since she doesn't says it herself, i guess we have to name her. Going alongside the tradition of some retro games like doom, we should name her either: Princess guy or Princess dude. Sounds legit =)

In the endgame, go to the cabin. Do *not* take the knife, and go to the basement. It's one of the newly added dialogue choices. Note, if you get The Stranger alternate ending, she will give you a different answer to that question.

I know it's a shocking twist, but it's 'Princess'. Or rather, she doesn't have a name and Princess is good enough for her.

For Stranger, she comments that "I'm just a stranger", without giving any name to herself.

In other words, Princess Princess is totally canon.
