Tetris is a game where you have to move and fit falling pieces based on their shape. Puyo-puyo is a game where you have to move and place falling pieces based on their colour. I keep seeing "falling pieces games" named as Tetris when they are not. Plus Tetris is a trademark, so you might end having to be forced to change the name of your game anyway......
