Why is this game in the free-to-play section if it's not free-to-play?

I got a steam key for this VN on Reddit and I've been waiting for July 8 because I want to make review in spanish of this VN, but I see that the game has not been released and it's almost 1 week. The VN has been delayed or something? Hope isn't cancelled....

So, the dev says there's nudity in the mature thingy but I'm not getting age checked by Steam. I'm planning on maybe Streaming this and I don't want Twitch to hate on me, so how much nudity are we talking here?
