AQtion
Not all servers listed
I notice that there are more servers listed in the Action Quake 2 Pro version, while some are missing from the master list on AQtion. For example, the server "Raptor007 AQ2 Humans vs Bots (USA West)" (I.P. 50.34.254.122:27910) is not on the AQtion list, but can be joined only using console command. Is there a way to add more servers to the master list?

I took a shotgun approach to master servers so hopefully it'll show up now:

setmaster master.q2servers.com master.quakeservers.net netdome.biz

The menu is defined in AQtion/baseaq/pak1.pkz/q2pro.menu and it looks like it's reading http://q2servers.com/?g=action&raw=1 for the "Browse All Servers" list.

As Raptor mentioned, it's because AQtion (Q2Pro) points its source of truth for the server browser at q2servers.com; for a server to be listed in the in-game server browser, it must have at least one of its master servers set to master.q2servers.com, and must be reachable on its UDP port. There's not much else we can do to automatically add servers to the browser, beyond coding in secondary master servers and culling the duplicates.

A lot of servers from the q2servers.com list is not showing in my in-game server browser.
My issue seems to differ from OP, as I cannot join servers with a connect command in the console either. The only way for me to play most servers is booting up the good old pre steam game install. Any clues(and fixes) to why I am unable to join a server with its IP through the console?

Never heard of that happening. My best guess is Windows Firewall or similar getting in the way -- maybe you already allowed access for Quake2.exe in your old install but not for Q2Pro.exe in AQtion?
