It's great but has some major problems.

For one, it has various major glitches. For instance, a lot of stats and items do not have an affect even though they should. There is a ring which should get me health from dead enemies but it does not. Often upgrading some stats like defence does nothing, enemies deal identical damage even though they should not. For some reason, wearing smart necklace doubled my XP gain, however there is no mention of such effect in the item's desciption. Various other items also felt like they did not perform how they should. I believe that due to poor coding or something the items and their effects got mixed-up and any item is basically a gamble at what it does. Also, what I found odd is that after wearing different items, the stats that are promised to increase after upgrading different categories of skills change. For example, agility showed to increase all my defence with upgrades, meanwhile witchcraft did not. I changed my clothes or something and now it shows that if I upgrade agility I will not gain extra protection, but if I upgrade witchcraft I would get additional defences. I do believe that this is not intended and is a glitch of some kind. Also, the game feels unfinished in some ways. I never found a single consumable item! It is so odd, to have a common category in inventory, yet never receiving any items of this kind, and I explored all areas and beaten all the quests.

Lastly, what really sucks is that you can easily make the game significantly harder by upgrading the wrong skills. You have the freedom to, but the game more or less forces you to upgrade certain skills or else the best weapons will be pretty much useless. While the game does display what stats you need for each weapon it does not mention anywhere that those are the requirements. I assumed those there extra upgrades to your stats when you equip the weapon. How could I know those were requirements as I could equip and use the weapons anyway without having met those criteria??? So most of the game I upgraded my stamina, but you must upgrade strength and witchcraft instead. Health upgrades are almost useless as they are too tiny. I spend maybe 2 hours grinding XP when I could have easily beaten the game without any grind... As after I put a few upgrades to the right categories the weapons that previously dealt poor damage now became super strong, the rest of the game became a breeze. Also, another thing worth mentioning that some enemies in the game are much harder to kill than the bosses... Like, the frog guard kills me in 2 hits and it is quite hard to evade their attacks, but the frog boss was so easy, he would kill me in maybe 5-6 hits and it was super easy to avoid his attacks. How come?

Anyway, even with all those major problems the game was a lot of fun. It has cute environments and there was minimal freedom in exploration.
