Getting flagged for using cheat software but not using any

Anyone else get an in game mail recently that they were flagged for using cheat software? I got one this morning and I was completely clueless since I've never been flagged for such a thing before. Turned off Awakened Trade for Path of Exile hoping that was it, but I sent a ticket asking for them to be more specific as to what might be flagged and got this insane reply:

"Hello, we do not recommend you to use any third-party software, please operate with caution."

How on earth can ANY third-party software be flagged?! Also expecting PC players to not have any of them running?! So their cheat scanner basically flags apps that have nothing to do with Torchlight Infinite which is insane. Thus far the first mail was a warning but now I'm paranoid as all hell as to what could be considered cheating in this game. Fine tune that anti-cheat tracker Devs!

(yes, I know you still technically could cheat with CE but what for? To zoom out camera a bit? In T:I? What for? Or maybe they are such a noobs that life is client side? xDDD That would be hilarious)

Because coop is coming and there is a shared auction house that can be entirely destroyed by hackers.

Anyways, you have no idea what you are talking about.
Hacking AH would require real hacking on servers. Not AHK client side lol.

"why cheat" is the question you posted, i answered.

And im not sure how hard it is to understand that if you can hack infinite speed, damage, or otherwise currency it also affects the AH.

If such a things are client side than it will be "hacked" and they deserve it.
Flagging for AHK or stuff like this is RIDICULOSU.

Literally got an in-game mail again today and all my AHK stuff are turned off. Customer service refuses to tell me what is getting flagged and are just using broad terms like do not open any auxiliary programs which on PC is insane.

On my 3rd email and expecting to get a ban soon, but have no idea why they think I am running "cheat" software.

• Have turned off all of my PoE add-ons (AHK scripts)
  
• Have turned off my Logitech keyboard and mouse software
  
• Have even turned off Yolo mouse

Frustrating, enjoying the game but getting too scared to play it

Yep, literally what is happening to me as well. Turned off all my PoE add-ons but I refuse to turn off anything else that is never even touching their game.

If I get banned I'll never return to a game that has this idiotic anti-cheat system in place. It's a shame if it would happen since I enjoy the game a lot.

Torchlight 2 is still your friend, this game doesn't even have coop yet lolz

If the dev-studio is located in mainland china, then it's because they dont want any 3rd party software messing with their information pipeline into your computer :)
