After fixing a couple last minute bugs and adding in a few additional details we have launched Esport Tactics on Early Access!

Esport Tactics will be at a lower price throughout early access so early adopters get a preferential discount!

We are still working on Steam Workshop integration and other features for our next content release, we are sorry we could not have it for early access release but it will be coming in the future. The first steam workshop implementation will be customized player databases and we'd like to expand the workshop to include other game changes but that may add on to our time frame for Steam Workshop

We've been working hard on some recent developments on Esport Tactics the past few months!

I started early preparations for Steam Workshop functionality. It was figured I wanted steam workshop to be a feature in the future, so I've prepared the first feature in development: Player databases!

With this feature you can create a simple text file of a player database for who will be available in Esport Tactics franchise. The code for loading a custom file of the player list is finished but steam workshop integration will take more time and maybe not available at early access launch.

This custom player database will be great for anyone who wants to add real Esport players, themselves, or their friends and family to the game. This will also be good for non-english speakers who want players in their native language or country.

We will create a guide on how to create a proper player database file when we launch the feature.

Other features we added included finishing our sponsor list and adding a player move speed option as some suggested the players moved too slow. So you can speed up turns much easier now.

Unfortunately I also ran into a few bugs I still have to fix before Esport Tactics is ready for launch. We also need to extend the standard database a bit more to give a bit of variety.

Don't worry, we're almost done with the Early Access version.
