Can't call to arms more than 32 men
All my units are set to soldiers, no workers or guards. Yet no matter what, I cant call more than 32 soldiers. I can only get two of my three centuries to call to arms. What's happening?

you may have one of your centuries set to never call. it's the little flag icon next to each century. make sure it says "called, will follow your formation"
