Stuck in a fix

Got myself stuck in a bit of a fix. Built a camp but it is being sieged by an angry mob. Ive got 5 officers and about 18 men and but the enemy are in there hundreds. tried breaking out and running away to hit VIP convoys but the raid mob stays... any tips on how to break the cycle... trying to allow days to pass so i can promote and enlist more men but i'm about 4 days away from that...about 30% thru game so dont really want to start again

Your best bet is probably fighting them off yourself, with melee. You can hold up the shield and stab while moving backwards. It will take a while, but that is a method I have seen people do successfully. Seems like you got hit by a combined raid! Watch out for high unrest!

thanks Darkmatter... yeah I'm taking them on myself best i can but i shouldn't have let the local unrest get so high...lesson learned.

Really enjoying the game and keep up the great work ... I studied Romans in Britain in sixth year so its right up my street :()

Awesome. Glad you are enjoying the game! Every once in a while the Legate has to get his hands dirty, right? :)
