as for the finished game, I agree that yeah it isn't the best rougelike in the world, but honestly its not hard to get a W in this game even if you don't have 'god tier' rng, the secret is to not try and force a build, feel the seed out and find out what kinda of build it favors
Dawg, Nintendo released the complete game they made, the team behind this game still have like 30 unfinished KICKSTARTER promises that people PAID FOR TO BE IN THE GAME,
Comparing releasing OoT to releasing a Steam game that was kickstarted and just not finished is not a good comparison in the slightest. Also I never said the game was hard just that the item pool has become a level of bloated where targeting a certain playstyle is very difficult.
I very much disagree here. The switch version still doesn't have a working ENDING. Once you beat the final boss and try to interact with the NPC the game just softlocks, no ending, no credits, nothing. You have to force quit out of the game and then the game just pretends like the ending happened.
One of the town npcs that is supposed to include blessings into the game just doesn't spawn.
With the last update the game broke in other ways where once you place an item into your backpack you can no longer hover over items to see their effects and have to click them and show info to check stats or effects, making runs tedious.
This is NOT a finished game.
