Keg BUG?

When using the Keg item to generate beverages, if you happen to place the beverage on the keg, the keg is thrown out of the backpack. This then CANNOT be undone afaik. You can't click or drag the keg and on finishing reorganization, the keg is deleted. I see why you'd want to place a created item on the thing that created it, but why can't it be undone? Wth?

This can just break a run. (or at least means that you have to redo a stage.

It works this way with all created items. It can be a real pain if you have the Relic that makes it so you can't have the same items adjacent (particularly with blessings).

Remove the item it generated, and it should put itself back in. I think.
