It's a shame, cause it's a great concept for a mobile game.
Lol, it has to change, at this point; the devs aren't producing anything else to rip off!
They might be porting the game to mobile and doing that might get rid of the ripoff.
Also, game mechanics aren't copyright-able (at least in the us), so it's shady, but there's not really anything they can do about it.

You'd think they wouldn't be, and they certainly shouldn't be, but the sanity meter from Eternal Darkness was allowed to be patented for some stupid reason, so you never know.
