Can't find/get the beacon/antenna

In the process of finding your father after the attack of the village, I know you get a beacon in the decorations. Instead of continuing the story of the game, I just did a lot of runs, unlocked all the characters and most of the objects.

Now the problem is, I can't get the beacon, I talked to all the NPCs, did runs with all the characters, all Purse quest, builded all the building I have. I know I have to build a beacon, or an antenna to continue the story.

I don't know what I may have missed.
I can't find topics talking about my problem.

If someone could help me, It would be nice.

That is quite interesting because I just got the beacon today and I don't even have all the characters yet, let alone done all the quests. Heck, I haven't even sniffed at the door to the Frozen place, but I got the unlock for the beacon just after completing my first ever mission with CR-8.

The only thing I can think of is it possibly tied to the collection of all CR8 specific lore items? Because I think I had just unlocked his alternate outfit shortly before his caretaker told me to build the beacon. I could be completely wrong about this and it could have all been coincidence, but that's the only part that really stuck out to me.

thanks, for the help, I may have done only one run with CR-8 since the game added the village thing , and I don't remember if I have finished it. I may have just not finished any run with it. I'll tell if it was the problem.

ok, you need to do the RC-8 tutorial to get the beacon, which I didn't until now.
