FEEDBACK: No indicator for max inventory -- entire run completely wasted!
Pretty much as the title says. I've been holding off on selling things so far in case they're part of a recipe, so my inventory was getting pretty big. Apparently, however, there is a maximum to the number of items you can keep in storage in town -- I don't know the exact number, but it seems to be three full screens of inventory. Any items beyond that limit that you bring back from runs are simply lost. Unless I overlooked something somewhere, there's no mention of this anywhere in the game.

It realllllllllly would have been nice to know this so I could have sold off some junk before my last run, in which I spent a fair amount of effort organizing my stuff so I could bring back several items needed for recipes. Lost altogether, including a legendary spark. Not a single item was brought back.

This seems like a pretty major oversight. If there is in fact supposed to be a cap on the number of items you can store, there should be a counter on the inventory screen so you can see how close you are to the limit. Also, there should be a warning somewhere before starting a run to the effect that any items that can't fit in the inventory will be lost.

I don't think there is a limit to the number of items you can store in inventory in town. It's certainly far more than three pages, I have easily 10+ pages of items.

Are you sure that you didn't click the "Sort by rarity" and then stopped clicking through pages when you got to the rarest items, thinking that was the end of the list? I thought the same thing the first time I did that, came back after a run and checked my inventory to see that nothing had changed---except that it had.

The game doesn't automatically re-sort your inventory into rarity after returning from a fresh run, it simply plops all of those items you just brought back on the very last page of the inventory screen. So if you previously sorted by rarity and aren't seeing the latest items you brought back, keep clicking the next page arrow in your inventory menu, and past your legendaries you should see all your "new" stuff unsorted there.

Click the "Sort by rarity" again to organize all these freshly gained items into their proper places.

No, that's not the problem. First of all, I never use sort by rarity – I prefer type. I couldn't click over to the right any more screens. The arrow disappeared, which suggests you've reached the end of your current inventory.

Apart from that, I should still have been able to use them in crafting recipes if they had been in my inventory, but they weren't. Multiple items that I deliberately carried to the end so I could craft with them, and none of them were available afterwards.
