AWC.dll ERROR!! GAAAAAHHH!!!

Ok, so recently i got AMR on offer, i got it installed and tried to run it, after the code part it says "AWC.dll error. the game hasn't been setup properly, please reinstall the game" Now this is not my computer, a lot of people online have had this issue and there is no 100% guaranteed solution on the web, some say run the exe as a admin, tried that still nothing, reinstalling did nothin, verifying cache did nothing, i even tried makin a account on origins and that had no affect, can someone help please?

Something i saw online: someone suggested reinstalling the game as a admin as windows sees the dll as something damagin or something like that, is it possible to reinstall as a admin on steam?
