Won't switch to melee

[Kamen Rider Kabuto]

I just started playing again after awhile, and when I hit my right mouse button and fired my pepper grinder, I couldn't go back to my melee weapon. I hit the hot key, changed the hot key, and nothing. No idea why it's not doing it now.

This happened to me as well. Restarting the game seems to fix it for me, and it happens everytime i enter a new zone. (Entering Hatters Domain, then the Middle Dome area)

I find tapping 1 always brings up the Vorpal blade.

You can also choose to restart since last checkpoint. Tht fixed th problem for me :)

I did the restart from last checkpoint, but now the first pig snout won't appear. Im gonna have to start the file over again if it doesnt show up next time i play.

I had the same problem, try switching weapons with 1, 2, 3 buttons :)

Did you try switching by pressing the 1 key?

Wow, such a nice glitchy game. This has happened to me too. Changing controls won't do good but restarting from the last checkpoint helped.

It never happened on my session, however a friend started a session right after me and had that problem, it seems, when entering a new zone or in cut scenes it got back to normal, but it eventually started to fail again.

I got this for the first time after initiating combat with a mob. Fighting a bunch of enemiess with only a pepper grinder was unexpected but it fixed itself after I died.
Must be fun to deal with this added challenge in the hardest difficulty, can't wait.
