hard to find something else that is equally good even in another theme
but since she's a girl and like this game, just try to find good story-telling/good scenario games. maybe she likes j-rpg games ?
However, I would suggest giving Contrast a try. Its a short game (about 4-6 hours long), but it has a pretty unique art style and is a puzzle platformer.
Also: "Remember Me". The game has its flaws, like e.g. the fighting system. But the vision they had about the the game setting is beatifully realized. Great aestetic, fitting music. The story is interesting and the game has some original mechanics. Maybe play on lower difficulty to deemphasize the fighting. Better played with a controller for the fighting and due to the often "cinematic" camera angles..
That sounds like Lollipop Chainsaw, but isn't that game console only.
Yay! Glad she likes Contrast :)
Unforunately American McGee/Spicy Horse doesn't have any more "Alice-esque" games as of yet. They have a title called Akaneiro, that is suppose to be loosely related to Little Red Riding Hood (unforuntately, I don't see any similarities at all).
Hmm.. maybe could try Limbo .
Or if you want to game together, could always just try the Lego games~ xD They're puzzle-esque :)
Edit: oh! Or Trine , which is nothing at all Alice, but its a fun puzzle-platformer that has local co-op~
oh yeah thanks that was what is was call and no I am pretty sure there also is a pc version of the game :)
