Help with PS4 Controller
I used a PS4 controller for RDR2 and Witcher 3. The game control settings say they can be used so why isn't it.

Is steam input enabled for Alice? I played with a PS5 controller and that would work with steam input enabled but if it was disabled there was no response at all. Just keep in mind that this is an Xbox focused game so it shows Xbox controls.
