is there a way to get my money back?

i bought the game the other day and it keeps crashing. i cant seem to find a way to fix this issue. if i cant fix the crashing id rather just have my money back since the game is not playable.

If you bought it through Steam and have less than two hours in it, you can request a refund.

I'm surprised by the number of crash-related posts I've seen lately, it's never been a problem for me.

I once did a refund of a game I wasn't able to play after having it downloaded for over 14 days, didnt know i could refund it at the time but i wrote to steam support explaining my situation and was able to get a refund. Do the same!
