Dresses won't change along with worlds?

I just entered Tundrafall, and Alice kept on her original blue dress. I really would like to see the different dresses, as the designs in the game are incredible. The dress changed for the Mad Hatter's Steampunk World. (I'm too lazy to find real name) I read that you're supposed to delete the DLC to solve the issue, but I haven't downloaded any DLCs. Any suggestions or ways to help? Thank you in advance :)

Thanks for the reply! The problem ended up fixing itself once I moved onto the next world.

the dresses change from time to time and the steampunk dress doesnt suit the ice area so shes wearing the normal dress in tundravoll. they waited until youre underwater to give alice the sea themed dress. after going through the game once, the dressses have a new ability like healing when youre shrinked.
