Stuck on a never ending loading screen

After launching the game for the first time, it keeps me on the loading screen forever and I can't close the game unless I do ctrl + alt + delete and restart my PC
I've read in a Reddit post that in order to get through that loading screen you've got to lower your resolution? Which I did and it still didn't work
For the record, at first I was on 1920x1080 then changed it to something around 1280x800 and it didn't help
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Okay, I found a fix that works! Even though I bought the game on Steam and not Origin, turns out Origin was the problem. The first solution, "disabling Origin in game" solved it for me.

I also dropped the settings and resolution to the absolute bottom, which I saw as suggestion on Reddit, so that may have helped too. Once the game actually started I turned them back up and everything worked as expected.

The fact that this actually fixed it makes me that much more enraged at origin

I tried the compatibility mode, changing the frames, disabling the intro movies, administrator mode, i dunno what else to do, i have a 2060 abd i5 8gb ram, not specs issue, win 10 btw
does anyone had a fix ? this is absurd

Before starting the game I enabled 3D stereo and high PhysX options (Without knowing what were they about) and I had the same problem. Then I just disabled these options and it worked.

Change the resolution worked for me. Go to the video setting page and change the resolution to as low as possible( don't forget to press confirm), when you get in, change it back.

An equivalent is enough, i've downloaded through gamepass that is linked to the *new* EA App that replaced origin, do the same thing, drop down menu, settings, in game, and disable overlay and play videos, that worked for me, didn't have to lower any setting before, just did this and game loaded just fine.

Cara, eu acabei de instalar o jogo, mudei as configurações pra rodar de boa no meu notebook de teste, iniciei o modo história e... Nada. Eu sequer tenho o origin nesse note, só no Pc, e mudar a resolução aparentemente não resolveu. Sabe qual configuração exata eu preciso fazer pra funcionar essa mundiça?

view integrity of game files. right click on game and go to properties. go to installed files and verify integrity. fix game files and it will work. no need to change resolution
