1 - The game came out in June 2011, adding them now would make no sense and be pointless
2 - It's an EA title, EA removed almost all of their game from steam around the same time (2011)
and no longer sell games on steam apart from the ones they currently have up (this would likely be because they still have many game licences in stock for those games with Valve to sell) once those licences have all been sold they will likely remove said games from the steam store aswell. EA removed all their games from steam because of a disagreement between them and Valve about how their DLC's should be sold with Dragon Age 2, initally when Dragon Age 2 came out on steam in 2011, EA sold it's DLC's through an ingame menu which in turn stops valve from making any profit as they weren't being sold on steam per say, so EA threw a fit and removed almost all business with Valve, around a year later Valve's policys changed and now allowed for ingame dlc's to work like that so on...
I'm truly suprised EA hasent added their games back to steam, it's very clear they don't care about video games anymore and only care about money (looking at you battlefront 2) and their sales would honestly go through the roof if they did away with origin which no one likes anyway and added everything to steam.
Ridiculous. FTL added achievements after 8 years to get players to play the game once more.
Ridiculous. For $4.99 a month, users can play the best of EA games on Steam.
The game indeed left Steam and is now back on Steam (since 2022). I guess this time is permanent but without the complete edition content.
