Thanks for posting this, I was just getting ready to go look for the "caapi".

I found the caapi and it wasn't called Ayahuasca, I guess you are not playing in English?

I only found this in the Bimini area. It shows up on once mapped but looks like a vine tree with pink flowers and is generally pinkish in appearance. Might be in other areas too but I never looked before I needed it in Bimini.
I think I saw all the items needed for that potion in the general area of the mission itself.
