Silver island 2nd explosive barrel

Anyone has any idea where i should use the 2nd explosive barrel you find after opening the 1st locked passage with the 1 explosive barrel?

The 2nd is used near the silver mine, the third is in the lower right corner, where there is a transition to the island.

Everything needed to repair the bridge can be found on the ground within 20 meters of the side that's under the rock arch.

in general, whenver there's something that needs to be repaired in-game, the materials for it will be nearby
