No firestarter ignite chance too high
I dont know if it is a bug or intended, but it seems if we use no firestarter we get base chance of 25% (plus skill). That base chance is higher than primitive firestarters. Seems like either bug or bad balance, as using any item should be more preferred than using nothing.

- no firestarter: 25% (requires reading skillbook; on screen 65% - includes 40% from skill)
- magnifying glass: 10% (unlimited usage artifact, clear sun restriction; 50% with skill)
- spindle: 20% (requires crafting and carrying)

It should be 15% or less to stay balanced. I would make it 5%, so glass would still be better during sunlight.

Meh - most of the skill books impart "magical" benefits. If I can magically double the storage capacity of my ships' storage, why not magical firestarting?

Bigger cargohold is not magic - you read book and improved ship consttruction / rearranged space and got bigger cargohold as result.
But I can't imagine how Igniting fire without tool could be easier than using magnifying glass or the other firestarter. Not mentioning its also bad for game as it breaks balance.
