how to use fertilizer
I have a farm with all six plots filled and six things of fertilizer but not seeing anywhere to add them. I have the improved farm at this point, do i need to wait for the better farm? Its not in the tooltip

Edit/Answer: All farms can, but the plant needs to be fully developed

You can upgrade a farm to the max now. The fertilizer you can use later after collect the crops.

I used the fertilized on a crop which was already fully grown to boost its item regeneration time by 7 days. Using the non upgraded farm

...and the fertilization process takes a few days but uses no water.

You can fertilize only already grown plants, that's right.
