Let me ask you this: What's a huge difference between Ghost Trick and Tekken 7? I'd imagine there's a whole host of differences, but the biggest one is the hardware requirement.
Ghost Trick can run on an i3, the lowest model of a single gen of Intel processors. It doesn't require a discrete GPU, you can use integrated graphics. Tell me where this game will lag.
Go ahead, download the demo. VirusTotal shows 0 detections on over 60 antiviruses. Are there any graphical glitches? Anything people are reporting for this game?
So no, not all Denuvo is bad for games. Using the higher-end lockdown versions of Denuvo with kernel access is bad for games. Using Denuvo for a brief network check once every few months is perfectly fine.
Hell, people said the same stuff about Sonic Mania. They said Sonic Mania would perform poorly due to Denuvo. A game that runs at 360p.
Sonic mania denuvo's implementation was atrocious, it was stutters and crashes.
Yeah maybe in 2016 when publishers were using intrusive forms of Denuvo. Literally no publisher in 2023 uses that form of Denuvo anymore.

actually, the burden of proof is on the accuser, and this is technically an accusation against people who complain about denuvo. You do have the burden of proof.
Oh, and by the way, I did provide proof, but I see absolutely nobody providing proof to the opposite besides word-of-mouth.
Has denuvo and the game is having major frame rates issues.. worst part, it's a rhythm game. I payed for that game and it irritates me.
Imagine defending something that literally causes many issues for many games. No matter how small and easy it is to run, it can still have an impact on the permormance. Sonic mania isn't a big game and yet it suffers from it too.
A lot of people mind you wants the best experience out of their games, they don't want to play something that can drop to 10 fps. You might not be bothered by it (good for you I guess?) but you're certainly not the majority.
