Items mass spawning?

This might be a mod issue, might not be (none of my mods are item based, but who knows). While playing since the update, occasionally almost only one item will spawn in a world (we got like 14 magnifying glasses in one day and maybe one different item; and on another day we got 9 robot toys and couldn't find anything else). Anyone else have this happen? Is it because of mods?
(it's not really a problem, we made a lot of money when it happened, it's just silly- but if it's not supposed to happen I wanted to check)

In the V60 update, Zeekerss added a rare chance for all the items to be the same thing and same price, I once got all eggs that were 51 credits
