Permanent Fog

[Cast Iron Diver]

The game loads with permanent fog. Tried everything that could be done to fix this. Tried uninstalling, verify integrity of files, tried upgrading my graphics, still no change. It loads this way in Vanilla or in modded versions of the game. Cannot figure out what the problem is. I've only seen one other post on this and no real response to that person. Can anyone help with this?

It may be the ambient occlusion setting or something related to your gpu.
