Terrible loot spawn problem

So you know how the maps and stuff are randomly generated. I've ran into a annoying problem where loot will spawn in area's you can't get to them. Sometimes they spawn inside of walls or in pits and can't get to them. One time their was a present but I couldn't pick it up because it was under the ground and I couldn't grab it. Unsure if other people are having this issue to.

tbh this issue is pretty rare and will probably be gone anyways in a patch or two. :)
