Constantly teleport-walking?

Whenever I join a lobby in NA (as an Aussie) with friends, my game always has me moving like 3 steps forward so that it looks laggy while I walk, but my friends dont see it? Not sure what it is because my actual ping is fine and I've not had any issues like this before the new update, I basically always am teleporting forward just a little bit it looks like

Are you sure it's not ping related ? Does it happens when you host a solo game ?
To me it looks like a connection issue, the server would receive your inputs and move your character just normal for everyone but you would be receiving packets with a delay so you would be teleported by the server where you are supposed to be at regular intervals.

The issue was enabling V-Sync :) Turning off VSync actually fixed it for me
