Unable to grab anything

i was dropping a ton of items as we finished up on a moon but then i bugged out and was unable to drop anything but also unable to interact with anything so i was basically a paperweight

I think this is the same issue I've seen where mouse button and E key stop working "randomly".
The workaround when my issue occurs anyway is to use a controller that is plugged in to just hit the jump button. Then the mouse and keyboard buttons/keys start working again.
