CPU hitting 100 when I launch game

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5700G
GPU: Geforce RTX 3050
RAM: 64 GBs
Storage: Atleast 1 TB

Yesterday I was playing lethal company fine. Today, unrelated to anything, wanted to move windows to a different drive so I moved it to a larger storage SSD with faster read/write times and wiped my other drives. I started downloading some other apps, steam, spotify, discord, chrome, medal, and finally lethal company through steam, launched and hit 100 percent usage on CPU. I restarted my pc, redownloaded that game as well, I am lost. Anyone else experience this?

Unity engine has always been CPU heavy but you can try the following to see if it fixes your high cpu usage:
- cap the game to 60FPS
- Reboot Your PC
- End or Restart Processes
- update Drivers And BIOS
- Scan for Malware
- change your Power Options
- Disable P2P sharing
- Turn Windows notifications off
- Disable Cortana
- Restart the WMI Provider Host
- Give your PC a physical cleanup
- Check system fan operation
- Check the thermal interface materials
- Load BIOS default
- Update Graphics Driver
