Hearing Dead Players/Other Crew

So an issue I have been spotting a lot is either being able to hear dead crew members while I am alive (as if they are right next to/behind me) or being able to hear another player wherever they are. For example, say I am on the ship and the other player is in the facility: I can hear whatever they say crystal clear without any issue! Of course, it’s a one way communication. I’ve never played with someone who has gotten prox-bugged like I have before so it may be a user issue. It tends to happen mid game, doesn’t matter what map. It’s not really infrequent either. I have no idea what causes it and I play full vanilla. Oh! I have only ever had it happen with one person before and I’m fairly sure the glitch goes away when I die. Apologies if this has already been reported, just wanted to share my experience! Love this game :))

I encountered this the other day where I could only hear one specific dead player (but not the others) when inside of the ship. No one else could hear them but me. It was weird.

My friend could hear me while I was dead, the voice coming from somewhere inside the ship?

We’re having the same issue, we assume it’s from a mod we have that lets you speak as the mobs, you have that by any chance?
