Unable to do anything after dropping items

I just got out the main entrance and started dropping my loot to go back in but it would´nt let me despite the icon showing up. I then realized that I was neither able to access the one item left in my inventory, nor use the ladder. The scanner still worked though. I tried to reach to the ship to see if anything there still worked, but to no avail.

I hope this bug gets fixed as soon as possible as it sadly totally breaks the game.
