Big List of all known bugs
BUGS:
-If grabbed by a masked and it is killed before you die, you can no longer look around.
-Shovel does not register hits constantly even if in range, making the hit wall sound instead of the monster hit.
-Shotgun at very close range misses target and sometimes seems to shoot blanks.
-Mines blow up instantly if a player triggers them but not objects like stun grenade husks.
-Dropping items on ship floor during take off at wrong time causes item to vanish after fully returning to orbit. (BEE HIVES HAPPENS THE MOST)
-Holding a dead body or sometimes a bee hive (that you hold in your hand and vanish in orbit) cause the player to be unable to interact or grab objects. [Dying/reload only fix]
-Items get deleted from ship when reloading do to the item save limit... (mod fixes this)
-Jet pack doing bs total damage just by jumping or taking off near ship rails or on slightly inclined hills.
-Nutcrackers can kill a player by walking through them when above them on a door frame
-Nutcrackers can kill a player when they sneak attack them from behind while they look around (instant kill no shot or walking)
-Thumpers do not slow down after losing sight of player and keeps running around to find them forever
-Thumper hit detection is really bad and many hits fail when kiting them perfectly
-Giants can still see you from really far away
-Certain AI like the braken or turrets can cause host/client to freeze when they attempt to target someone.
-Certain enemies like the snare flea can cause game to lag when they spawn and get stuck while trying to path find
-Jet pack randomly bugs out and the fuel/battery rapidly drains until its empty even when not equipped. Continues to do so even after recharging. [return to orbit/randomly/reload game fixes it]
-You can no clip and fall off the ship when outside in the front part when trying to recover bee hives. (unfair death)
-Enemies can no clip the ship and kill you when taking off, or through the front of the ship (mainly dogs) when using the horn to bait them.
-Dogs will instant aggro and kill a player when baiting them with the item drop ship or using the horn, they just run right to them and kill without them moving or making a sound.
-When taking off in the ship trees and rocks can move players and pulling items out.
-When taking off in the ship dogs, giants, bees, and birds can clip through the ship and attack/kill/eat a player that is inside.
-Bees can spawn in the terrain near their hive and remain stuck under the ground.
-Bees deaggro from hive carrier too easily and chase other players.
-Inverse teleporter can cause players to get stuck in pipes, turrets, in the ground, walls, or other objects unable to move.
-In the mansion map bookshelves can spawn on wall of exit door making it unusable or hard to see while clipped inside it.
-If you place things like the bunk bed right next to the door players outside cannot move furniture and cant get back in the ship (causing soft lock or tool for trolls to exploit)
-Items can fall through the cupboard when reloading the game.
-Objects can fall through the ship randomly or after a reload, sometimes you can recover them if they land on the fuel lines under the ship.
-Sometimes object placement is not synced with host/client so the rotation of an item appears different between them.
-Grabbing items near a door causes it to close and not pick up the item.
-coil heads can clip into a player model and spam attack them or cause them to clip through a wall/floor and spawn at front door.
-Lightning sometimes makes no sound when player walks up to item from distance causing an unfair death.
-Ladders sometimes makes no noise when its going to retract, same effect as lightning bug if too far away when returning to it.
-outdoor props can spawn in doorways or ladders making the building unable to be entered.
-Slimes will not be tamed with a boombox unless you attack it first and wait for it to calm down.

i found a new bug about the flashlight and how to give yourself the flashlight beam without having the flashlight in your inventory

New: Recharging a flashlight with a jet pack in your inventory causes the jet pack to slowly start draining like a flashlight that is on and won't stop draining until it's completely empty...

37. Landmines can spawn on the entrance tile (or very near), at least at fire escape, resulting in instant death, esp. with the current landmine bug where they activate instantly.
38? Inverse teleporter can send you to a location completely sealed off by locked or secured doors. Gamebreaking in solo if you can't find a way to die. Maybe allow keys to travel through by default.

me and my friend got like 500 credits worth of loot and i put my flashlight down, then immediately became incapable of picking up anything

Bugs related to mods and/or desync (unconfirmed source of error, can't be 100% sure its from mod)

Reserved type mods:
1. Items that are picked up remain visible on the floor for other players, and they can't pick them up.
2. Duplication glitch with gift-box being undroppable.

Possible work-arounds:
Don't use the mod, or don't drop gifts once collected and open them as soon as you reach the ship.

I'll add another small bug:
Bluetooth ear/headphones do not work. if you use them audio will work only in the main menu. in game you can not hear anything, not even sounds outside the game

You can add this bug on the list too:

When you move the red cabinet somewhere other than its original location in the ship, then store your equipment and items inside (Usually keys and spare flashlights I bought for a great discount). However when you leave the game then log back into that same save file, the items in that clip all the way down to the floor; you have to move the red cabinet somewhere else so you can pick up those items into your inventory.

Only way to prevent that is to just leave the cabinet where it was originally; items will never clip to the floor. Items will only do that if the red cabinet is somewhere else.

^Confirm, that's an annoying bug. Especially as everyone moves the red cabinet even if you left it in the original spot.

I had this the other day, you can get the gift box out of your inventory by selling it to the company, and if you spawn too much stuff with the dupe glitch some items wont appear for other players. We managed to sell everything just fine to get rid of the lag in the end though.

A bug I just encountered in my last playthrough: any player getting grabbed by a mimic whatsoever will kick anyone else who is currently on the terminal off the terminal.

These bugs are pretty frustrating for me and my friends and the culmination of multiple bugs working against you at once can make the game-play exceedingly frustrating and unfair.

In the playthrough this bug occurred, I was using the flash command on the terminal to stun-lock a giant in a location away from the ship so my friends could come back. A mimic followed my friend back to the ship and started to kill him, and in retaliation, my other friend hit the mimic with a shovel to interrupt the kill animation, but this resulted in the friend who was being killed to be completely unable to move his screen at all. Then, due to the mimic grabbing my friend, I was kicked off the terminal, resulting the giant becoming free from the stunlock and heading directly towards my friends. Safe to say things did not end up going very well.

I keep getting items stuck at the company building while trying to sell....I sit them on the counter to sell but he won't take them, and I cannot pick them back up so it's a total loss. Has happened to me on multiple occasions.

got quite a few more bugs myself.

- (CLIENT-SIDE) some bees will not show up whatsoever for client, while the beehive remains. the host can still see the bees and they behave normally. when the beehive is grabbed by a client, the bees will remain in place no matter what. (no fix that i know of, but why would you want to fix free beehives?)

- (UNSURE) when a player dies, any spectators will be stuck on their camera, showing that they are still "alive" but stuck in place. the player that died is not seen in the spectator menu. (fixed at the end of the day)

- (CLIENT AND HOST) players are not able to see and/or hear others. occasionally, the player that is not heard by the whole lobby will, once the ship returns to orbit, repeat all dialogue spoken during the day but with the whole lobby able to hear this time. any dead players are stuck on the view of the door closing. (fixed by rejoining)

- (CLIENT AND HOST) players will spawn outside of the ship when joining and cannot return via teleport. (fixed by rejoining)
