Out of bounds clip apparatus room bug
If you crouch in a certain area in the apparatus room, unchrouch, then walk backwards, you get sent back to entrance after falling out of bounds ( you keep your items ).

No clue, haven't found the room since update dropped, guess I'm unlucky
