Best practice for reporting bugs!

If the issue isn't very simple like a missing collision, include the player.log file in (C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\ZeekerssRBLX\Lethal Company) with a description of the issue and what happened leading up to it. Even better: include player.log file from the host of the server if you are not the host. Videos are also immensely helpful. (Just link to an unlisted youtube video, I suppose.)

If you do all those things it basically ensures I can fix the bug, but any one of them is still good.

could you maybe make a github rep to post bug reports? steam is sorta limitting for posting bug reports and the discord server requires a bit too much authentication to access (why do we need our phone number verified?)

I had a bug where I was unable to "confirm" the purchase of "The Survival Kit"
I was able to buy everything else, and even able to "Deny" it but "confirm" did nothing but make a noise but would not confirm the purchase..

I have a bug where my title permanently stay intern when I am currently boss. I even maxed the boss title to see if it fixed itself only to still say intern. I tried uninstalling the game even verify the game files and still nothing. Is there a simple fix to this or do I have to wait for a bug patch?

Game Crashes after Developer Icon and handle
So I recently bought this game, thinking it would be a fun time (I'm still excited to play it) but for some reason, it's not letting me play the game? Not sure what it could be, but I press play on steam, it shows me the unity screen and the developer handle, but after that the screen stays black with the in game cursor. Afterwards, I try to click and see if it does anything, but it just crashes if I try to leave or do anything else. Any solutions for this? Edit: so I figured out the problem, for some reason it does not work with my secondary graphics card, not anymore. I did have it work o n c e, but never got it to work on the secondary again. If it is a hardware issue, what would you reccomend to upgrade to?

just now I had zero days to fulfill the quota so I went to the company and sold my flash light and key and then with my extra money since I new I was going to die I bought three things. the loud horn that worked fine, a stun grenade and the also a walkie talkie. both of them arrived and after opening the ship I got nothing. I tired walking around and spamming e and also tried spamming my scan to see if there was anything, nothing. PS my store works on every other island it just didn't on the company also I ordered the stun grenade and walkie talkie in two separate store ships.

1) Lobby menu doesn't scroll all the way down (it rebounds upward and cuts off last listing.
2) Worldwide lobby list doesn't correspond 100% between players, there is little overlap between two North American region players - difficult to coordinate joining the same server if they can't specify a server and can't see the same ones.

On the map REND if you are inside the house and a giant is outside it can eat you through the house. LOWKEY unfair that was my best run yet.

A couple VERY annoying bugs.

First, the game keeps crashing after long play sessions, usually in level transitions with the ship. One time it actually froze my computer, so im pretty sure theres a memory leak that needs to be addressed.

Another is people hot micing to a point i can hear myself speak from other people. I've confirmed this is not because of loud or speaker audio, but because of something in-game as I have tested this with other games/apps that use voice chat. The repeating audio is extremely annoying to hear.

I understand you are working on numerous small updates to keep the community active, but please do a couple QOL fixes before going further.

if you hold an item that doesnt let you interact with things while lodeing in, the game thinks you are still holding it even thouhg you are not
