How to record correctly lethal company ?

I tried to record the game with obs but the video is low quality and like 15 fps or something. I tried to change some options but I'm not very good at using obs. Is my pc just a potato or is there maybe a better solution to record the game ?

If you have a delicated GPU from Nvidia or AMD, consider trying those. ShadowPlay is for Nvidia and Adrenalin Edition is for AMD. Idk if Intel has one, probably, just Google search it. Using the inbuilt recording software is usually less customisable than OBS but it's better than nothing, and they are usually less power hungry because you don't need to download extra software and it's well optimized for your PC.
Also turn off buffer replay on OBS if you haven't tried that. It tanks your CPU and use up to 75% if your total RAM. You will probably not use it, it's streaming related.

It's all in your OBS settings OP. I stream with OBS, and record, and with my settings I'm pushing video quality at a very good 1080p res with no problems whatsoever, and with very good quality.

Your settings are not correct OP. Google can be your friend here.
